Nominations are now open for the Bill Rose Memorial Service and Friend to the Administrative Services Division Awards. Nominations for all awards will be open from June 5 - 26, 2025. Award winners will be announced at the Division Summer Picnic scheduled for July 31, 2026.

Bill Rose Memorial Service Award
The Bill Rose Memorial Service Award recognizes Administrative Services Division employees who demonstrate outstanding performance, exemplary customer service, professionalism, and meaningful contributions to ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½â€™s mission. Nominations may be submitted by any ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ employee.
Friend to the Division Award
The Friend to the Division Award recognizes UA employees outside of ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ Administrative Services, or official contracted partners, who provide exceptional support to one or more Administrative Services departments. Nominations must be submitted by an Administrative Services employee.
